Model Matematika Lapisan Tipis Pengeringan Buah Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa)

Penelitian yang dilaksanakan bertujuan mengetahui model matematika pengeringan lapisan tipis dalam memaksimalkan pengembangan dapat mengidentifikasi karakteristik Mahkota Dewa. ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan memiliki perlakuan ketebalan pengirisan yaitu: 3 mm, 5 mm 7 alat pengering digunakan cabinet dryer, dengan suhu 40OC, lama berbeda selama 14 jam, 16 jam 17 jam. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis pendekatan matematis untuk menyelesaikan perhitungan matematika, nilai moisture ratio diterapkan pada berbagai Newton, Henderson-Pabis, Page, Midili-Kucuk, Logarithmic Modified dilakukan curve fitting analisis regresi non linear program Microsoft Excel Solver. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan Midili-Kucuk merupakan tingkat akurat Dewa, berdasarkan konstanta dihasilkan kesesuaian dari prediksi proses setiap perlakuan. Ketebalan R2 0,999497, EF X2 0,000044, RMSE 0,006476 SSE 0,000629, 0,999739, 0,999710, 0,000023, 0,004701 0,000375, 0,979195, 0,978261, 0,002054, 0,044046 0,034922.
